Craig brings 30 years of software and hardware recruiting experience. Craig gained his experience by establishing the R&D engineering business for Chamberlain & Associates/COMSYS. He then became Recruiting Manager for Advanced Engineering Resources, a national recruiting firm that specialized in system software and hardware. Craig co-founded and was lead recruiter of Technical Resource Partners, LLC. In 2011, Craig and Amber Johnson established Craig H. Johnson & Associates. Craig earned his B.A. from the University of San Francisco.

Amber is an accomplished full cycle recruiter with 18 years global recruiting experience in corporate and agency companies. Amber has significant expertise in strategic sourcing and hiring talented individuals at all levels across R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate Functions in the Technology, Life Sciences, and Biotech industries. Prior to recruiting, Amber began her career in biotech manufacturing and pharmaceutical sales. Amber has a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
